What is soul? and what is the relation of brain with soul?
Relation of soul is direct with heart....heart is some time against the mind...
Brain is inverslely proportional to the the heart....
Heart is directely propotional to the soul...
Soul is spritual and brain is physical....
so heart and soul is spritual...
practical things happened by mind...
God made human not to live practically..but live with heart...so heart belongs to soul..and soul is spritual...

Concept of Mind, Brain and body relation in the light of cognetive science with special reference to Indian Philosophy. According to earlier Buddhism the main cause of the universe is Avidya(ignorance), Mahayana philosophy specially Nagarjuna Advocates Shunyavada. Vedanta thinks that universe is MAyA illusion only Atman is absolute. Mind is nothing but it is a concept nothing else all emotion, action and reaction depends on Mind- Mana eva manushyanam karanam bandha mokshayaoh. Brain is only a physical organ like other parts of our body it can not function without nervious system.
