NSAIDs are most widely prescribed drugs for various pathalogical diseases but their use is limited because of their serious GIT side effects. Hence tere is a need to prepare gastrosparing NSAIDs. therefore attempts are made to combine antioxidant molecule to marketed NSAID to form single novel molecule. Their physicochemical and pharmacological activity were evaluated.
