Interpretation of Glacial boundaries using Landsat 5 TM images. Digital and Visual enhancement techniques were used. Estimation of glacial area using GIS. Glacier volume was estimated by the relationship between Glacier area and depth of the glacier. AAR and Altitude of Snow line were estimated to monitor the mass balance over ten years period. This investigation shows the retreat rate is high when comparable to previous demonstrated years and the estimated loss in glacial ice is 1.61cubic meters
