Development and testing of the "Next Generation Multi-Scale Quantum Simulation Software for Strongly Correlated Materials" was funded by DOE via SciDAC program. A massively parallel DQMC code was created, tested on TeraGrid, and used to study inhomogeneous layered strongly-correlated systems, such as high-Tc superconductors and super-capacitors.
