Аннотация In the article the correspondence between the structure of clinical and pathologic diagnoses was analyzed. Adequacy of underlying disease and adequacy of complication in clinical and pathologic diagnoses was also analyzed. While performing analyses, specific characters of making diagnoses in therapeutic, surgical departments and reception rooms were studied. Summing the received data, special attention was paid to cardiological diseases as nosologies which take the leading place in mortality rate
