Аннотация Pharmacoeconomic parameters have been examined in patients with ischemic stroke who have suffered from arterial hypertension, depending on use of antihypertensive therapy. The role of antihypertensive therapy as a factor that significantly reduces the treatment costs and improves stroke outcome has been proved. The research results show the importance of integrated analysis of clinical and economical factors in the treatment of patients with arterial hypertension
