Аннотация The research work is dedicated to study of bioelectric activity of masticatory muscles of adult patients with distal occlusions. The research is based on the results of electromyographic analysis of bioelectric activity of masticatory muscles of 47 patients with distal occlusions. The results of electromyographic analysis have allowed establishing the criteria of masticatory muscles adaptation to new functional conditions of masticatory system formed in the process of treatment of patients with distal occlusions. The established criteria can be used to define objectively the duration of masticatory muscles adaptation period during the stages of complex treatment of patients with distal occlusions
