Аннотация Expansion of indications for surgery and plate osteosynthesis of long bones points to increased number of complications caused by instability of fragments, that can be associated in their turn with constructive features or iatrogenic factors. Insufficient rigidity of fragment fixation is due to incorrect technical treatment and wrong choice of fixator.
