Аннотация The article deals with new treatment technique in fractures of shin bones. It combines ideal reduction of damaged bone with reposition device without transition of transosseous elements through muscular masses, adequate fixation of bone fragments and change of biomechanical efforts in apparatus according to reparative osteogenesis phases. It is performed due to application of external fixation apparatus
