Аннотация The article examines the factors influencing availability of insulinotherapy, modern insulin types, methods of insulin administration, and insulin pump as one of its number. The authors explicate some challenges connected with availability of insulin therapy for patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus belonging to various social groups
