Аннотация The Metaanalysis was employed to review the scientific dental literature along with the author's own research for evaluation of the possibility of practical implementation evidence-based programmes for primary prevention of dental caries and periodontal disease on a community level. It is believed that the community programme have to comprise a situation analysis, long-term measurable goals and a system of evaluation. The author is sharing his experience in the development, implementation and monitoring of the oral health prevention programme in Belarus
