Аннотация The article is dedicated to the creative activity of one proletarian poet Ivan Mukoseev, who lived in Bejiza, Orel province during the period of Civil War. His poems were published in the local soviet press and two collected poems. In his poetical works the images of time and revolution, hero and enemy are disclosed. They are typical and identical to those of Bolshevik ideology. It should be mentioned that the poetical form made easier to adopt the essence of Bolshevik ideology to mass and exerted influence on mass consciousness. So Mukoseev and a lot of poets like him were effective translators of the images of power in mass. And the use of special ideological language by authorities released them from the necessity of supplying the explanations of political actions.
