Аннотация Objective: Morphological changes of internal organs and brain of laboratory animals have been studied at prolonged oral administration of iron nanoparticles in experiments. Materials and methods: Iron nanoparticles 70±10 nm, 28 male white rats, and morphological methods of evaluation have been used in the experiment. Results: Studies have shown that the changes depend on nanoparticle concentration and signs of circulatory disorders and degenerative changes of parenchymatous elements
