Аннотация Research objective is to reveal functional changes of masticatory muscles in patients with fractures of lower jaw in combination with dentition abnormalities. Materials. 72 patients with such pathology have been examined. As a result of clinico-laboratory methods of research functional disturbances of masticatory muscles and their changes during the course of surgical and orthopaedic treatment have been revealed. It has been established that restoration of amplitude of biopotentials of masticatory muscles is possible at easy stage of musculo-articular dysfunction. Conclusion. At average and severe stages of dysfunction normal parameters may be reached.
