Аннотация Process of the organization of office of management by building projects (ОMBP) in system of knowledge of design management is considered. The logical-structural sequence of organization ОMBP is characterized. The conceptual scheme of organization ОMBP which integrates principles of design management into real production specificity of the building project is offered.
