Аннотация The article presents the results of research of physical development of children of infant and early age living in the territory of Engels Municipal Union. The purpose: To prove necessity of working out of regional standards of physical development of children under three years. Material and methods: Anthropometrical investigation of children under three years living in territory of Engels Municipal Union has been carried out. Results: Regional features of physical development of healthy children of region and discrepancy of centile tables of physical development estimation of children of infant and early age have been revealed. Conclusion: The received data have confirmed necessity of regional centile tables of physical development estimation of children.
