Аннотация Objective: To determine sensitive and objective criteria of nephrosclerosis by testing the levels of markers of inflammation (MCP-1), fibrogenesis (TGF-(31), renal parenchymal damage (collagen type IV, a-GST, тт-GST), angiogenesis (VEGF) in urine of children with vesicoureteral reflux (VUR). Materials and methods: 80 patients with different stages of VUR have been observed before and 6 months after treatment. Results: «Index of early renal damage» can be found as correlation between VEGF and collagen type IV concentration. Conclusion: Estimation of «index of early renal damage» could be included in pediatric practice for the control of urinary tract dysfunction in children with VUR
