The research revealed the predomination of cognitive impairment among men with (DE), especially attention, verbal coding and praxis disorders. Affective and insomnia disorders prevailed with women-patients. The results have shown possible links between low levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in blood plasma and the severity of depression and cognitive impairment at patients with (DE), especially at men. The received results may be important for individualization of therapeutic intervention.
