Аннотация
The question of competition of intramolecular and bimolecular reactions of peroxyl radicals of artemisinin was theoretically considered. Reactions of these radicals were analyzed in the scope of parabolic model. The enthalpies, activation energies and rate constants of intramolecular reactions of peroxyl radicals of artemisinin and bimolecular reactions of RiO2• with CH-, SH- and OH-bonds of substrates (lipids, glucose, Lcysteine, antioxidants) were calculated. The reactions of intramolecular isomerization with formation polyatomic hydroperoxides of artemisinin were proved to proceed faster than bimolecular reactions with substrates. The new kinetic scheme of free radical reactions formed from artemisinin in aerobic conditions was proposed.
