Аннотация Rapid growth of the population and its concentration in the cities – the most important tendencies of the come century. Respectively concentration in the cities of various waste, first of all the solid household waste demanding timely removal from the places of residence of the population and safe utilization increases also. One of the important directions in the field of formation complex systems addresses with solid household waste is need of introduction in practice of the European mechanisms of selective collecting TBO in the cities, focused on razkdelny collecting different types of waste, allocation of secondary raw materials with possibility of its reuse or processing, allocation of dangerous types of waste from the general stream of TBO accumulated by the population.
