Аннотация Last modification of compulsory medical examination regulations was connected with the order of the Ministry of health and social development of Russia № 302н dated 12.04.2011. The order is been valid on the territory of the Russian Federation for almost 2 years. During the term of this document there had been established a new basic for the health system: the Federal law dated 21.11.2011 №323-Ф3. The Federal law of 21.11.2011 № 323-ФЗ and test results addressed to the Ministry of health of Russia became the reasons for the Ministry of health of Russia to organize a number of changes in existing regulations of compulsory medical examinations. The number of planned change does not allow us to perform local changes and requires a complete reissue of the order, therefore the working group of the Russian Ministry of health prepared the «new order 302н», which already includes all the planned changes.
