Аннотация There is new information about the mechanism of THz radiation of molecular emission and absorption spectrum (MEAS) of 150.176-150.664 GHz nitrogen oxide occurrence exposure. Organized experiments let us establish the fact that a normalizing effect of THz radiation on microvasculature perfusion and functional endothelium condition in male rats under the acute stress condition is not realized after using of nitrogen oxide synthase (NOS) L-NAME. This shows that endogenic nitrogen oxide and endothelial NOS takes part in mechanisms of potentiation of positive correcting effect of MEAS of 150.176–150.664 GHz nitrogen oxide occurrence on defected parameters of skin microvasculature perfusion, and functional endothelium condition in male rats under the acute immobilization stress condition.
