Аннотация The article presents a case of severe, systemic disease neurofibromatosis type 1 inherited in an autosomal dominant pattern, the patient 62 years. Summarized data of the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture. The criteria of diagnosis and the complexity of the choice of therapy, in the absence of standard methods of treatment. Described an alternative approach to rehabilitation of the patient.
