Аннотация
Questions of formation and development of civil society in Russia every year takes on particular relevance. Non-profit organizations
over the past few years become an influential factor in economic and social development. However, it should be noted that the
potential of the Russian non-profit sec tor is not disclosed. One of the key factors of slower growth and development of civil society
is the passivity and indifference of our citizens, as evidenced by the many case studies. Therefore, in our opinion, the main task of
authorities on the development of civil society must be overcome existing stereotypes and historical development of civil initiatives
by stimulating the activity of third sector organizations.
