Аннотация The technique of object decomposition of a teaching material is considered (a speciality as a whole or concrete discipline). The technique is based on graph and matrix ways of its performance. The first way provides visualization, and the second is convenient for the automation of problem solving of decomposition. The given technique is illustrated by an example of decomposition of a teaching material of discipline “Air navigating” by the way, convenient for its performance in the automated learning system of the operator-navigator
