Аннотация This article is about of the combinatorial problems decision questions using the theory of relational databases in particular there considers the difficult computer problem of creation the curriculum by specialty to train for specialists concluding the limitations standards for specialty. The choice is determined on exigency to computerize this problem and there are no other formal methods of solution. The problem is the part of the global problem of adaptive management of educational process organizing. This article describes the possibility of strict mathematic problem formalization that uses the set theory and the mathematic relational theory and the method of its correct solution. In this article there is the method of interpretation on relation data model of objects of mathematic model. The algorithm of adaptive creation the curriculum according to the suggested “measure of agreement” has been developed, determined the series of heuristics, which allows reducing appreciably the adjusted combinatorial problem time is also described. As a scientific newness we should pay attention to the method described above and to the suggested mechanism of combinatorial problems solution using the theory of relational databases
