Аннотация The aim of the article is to give an objective description of the events which took place between February 28 and March 4 in the First Battleship Brigade of the Baltic Navy. This goal can be achieved through careful studying of all the command's and the crews' actions within the mentioned period. The crews' mood at the beginning of the disorder and its transformation up to the Culmination point, which is the night from 3 to 4 of March, is also described. To make the whole picture more comprehensive the author shows the influence of the February Revolution on the later condition of the Baltic Navy. Both memories and wide, range achieves materials are used in the article which makes it possible to describe the resulting picture as a true one. The witnesses' opinions are mentioned as well as the author's conclusions. On the whole, the article, although pretending to be scientific, is not overloaded with complicated terms and is, therefore, easy to understand
