Аннотация This article dwells upon the design of constructions resistant to emergency actions. We single out the existing generalized problem of robustness, which includes the issues of seismic stability, fire resistance, endurance, etc. which have been studied for a long time. These include emergency actions with the normalized level of intensity value. It is proposed to examine the issue of robustness within the framework of the 3rd group limiting conditions as states with inadmissible level of damage.
