Аннотация The novel, domestically produced hydrophilic gel for size-exclusion chromatography has been developed. It was shown that the pointed gel being nearly the same to the sephadex G-75 by their operating characteristics however lacks some of the disadvantages of the latter. Namely, the developed gel is stable at high pressure and at low or high pH and is liable to biodegradation. The synthesized sorbent allows to perform proteins group separation as well as fractionation and desalting.
