Аннотация In article is given the review of a modern condition of a problem of the Reino phenomenon, its diagnostic and differential diagnostics meaning. 40 afflicted persons by a systemic scleroderma and systemic lupus erythematosus with clinically apparent Reino symptoms and - 40 practically healthy internship doctors as a control group were investigated. The given research has allowed to specify features of statement of со Id test and interpret its results, to reveal pathogenetic mechanisms of infringement of a hemodynamics, including early stages of development, and to develop the most rational approaches for treatment.
