Аннотация In the paper the system of criteria for estimation of medical care quality in pediatric hospital is suggested. Itcontains objective and subjective criteria (some of them were used in Russian practice first time), quantitative and qualitative, direct and indirectcriteria. The system was approved for compare five analysis of day and twenty-four-hour hospitals of gastroenterology profile atthe Saratov State Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital. Itwas shown that high quality of medical care to children may be achieved at the less financial expenses in day hospital. The implemented set of instruments allows to characterize the results of economic, medical, and administrative decision making in sphere of health care and to evaluate their social consequences.
