Аннотация The aim of the given study is improvement of surgical treatment results of diaphysial fractures of forearm bones using suggested methods. The analysis of the treatment results of 120 patients with diaphysial fractures of forearm bones has been carried out. Methods of surgical treatment of diaphysial fractures of forearm bones using bar and spoke-bar apparatuses for external fixation have been applied to 60 patients. The results of the research have shown the significant decrease in postoperative complications and shortening of period patients stay in hospital. This allows to obtain good anatomical and functional results
