Аннотация The article presents the results of examination of 92 women with inflammatory process of urogenital system and the diagnosis of urogenital clamidiosis made for the first time. It points that the analysis of laboratory indices of both cellular and humoral immunity and antioxidant status of women with urogenital clamidiosis carried out before treatment has shown the active increase of relative ratio of T-cells and suppressor-cytotoxic T-cells and the decrease in their absolute values. The analysis has also revealed the increase of NO-cell subpopulation and concentration of immunoglobulin A and E, and activation of lipid peroxidation in the tendency of tocopherol acetase reduction that causes the significant decrease of body antioxidant protection
