Аннотация 97 patients with defects of front upper teeth were examined in order to study the influence of design of bridges prosthesis of upper front dentition on speech function. Morphometric, spectrographic, ultrasonic and computer research methods provided the reveal of more typical speech dysfunctions and establishment of interrelation with the size of the angle of inclination of upper front incisors. it gave opportunity to propose ways to overcome these disorders in patients with defects of upper front teeth
