Аннотация The research objective was to develop surgical methods of retenial and dystopic third lower molars extraction by means of modern osteoplastic substances. the used materials included advanced osteoplastic techniques. Application of osteoplastic substances in extraction of retenial and dystopic third lower molars reduced postoperative complications by 41,9 percent compared with those in the control group. the work gives close attention to the obtained data. It points out the high level of intensity of osteoreparative process. in conclusion there is a recommendation of complex application of described substances in clinical practice
