Аннотация The research objective is to develop methods for reducing terms and possible complications of humeroscapular periarthrosis treatment. 30 patients with various nosologic disease units were under observation. the comparison group consisted of 50 patients having the same age, sex and nosologic criteria (according to ambulatory card) in comparison with the main group. the treatment was conducted by manual therapy and remodelling of motor act. this method proved to be effective at acute tendonitis and could be used as monotherapy
