It is my pleasure to introduce myself working as Post Doctoral fellow in Clinical Biochemistry at Soroka University Medical Center, Ben-Gurian University of Negev, Beer-Sheba, Isreal. My present work is to finding drug combinations which interact synergistically will allow to increase efficacy of the treatment and reduce the concentration of each drug in the cocktail and thereby to reduce hazardous side effects of each drug. For this aim, we are testing combinations of CBD and cytotoxic conventional drugs as well as other agents and try to get insight into mode of interaction of the drugs in vitro as well as invivo using NOD/SCID mouse model. Since CBD is used clinically the results may provide new approach/s to therapy of hematological malignancies. I am mainly working on apoptotic cell death signalling pathways, especially the BCl-2 family member myeloid cell leukemia-1 (MCl-1) protein as target for cancer therapy. The design and screening of Personalized medicine for inpatients at Soroka University medical Centre, Be’er-Sheva, Israel. Previously I was worked as an Assistant professor in Dept of Biochemistry, S.V. Degree College, Kadapa, India, for 13 years. My doctoral research was on the topic “Acrylamide induce DNA fragment analysis in rat testis’’, done at the Dept. Of Biochemistry, S.V. university Tirupati, India, I have published four research papers in peer reviewed journals and few more are in communication. Also, I have presented my research results in various National and International conferences. My research data was presented in Cell Symposia held at Chicago organized by Elsevier in the month of October-2011. I am applying for the PDF position to extend my research career further; I am herewith attaching my curriculum vitae for your kind perusal and would be pleased to provide any further information, if required.
