Multiple Ph.D scholarships are available in WiNS Lab. Of KAIST, Daejeon, Rep. of Korea, directed by Prof. Seung-Hyun Kong. Scholarship includes tuition, dormitory fee, and stipend.
The research area of the lab includes:
- Advanced signal processing for GPS, Radar, and vehicular sensors
- Kalman filter based information fusion for vehicular systems.
A candidate should have a MS degree in Electrical Engineering and have good understanding in in signal processing. A good candidate should have creativity and will for advanced study in the above research topics and should be self-motivated and independent, as well.
KAIST is considered the top science and engineering university in Korea and conveniently located in Daedeok Innopolis, the remarkable collection of R&D centers and venture companies in Daedeok Valley in Daejeon.
