We are looking for a postdoctoral research scientist to work on an EU-funded project (NoE EpiGenesys) focused on epigenomic analysis of DNA methylation and other epigenetic modifications in embryonic stem cells and differentiation, as well as during reprogramming. You will also manipulate epigenetic modifiers in stem cells in order to understand the impact of such factors on stem cell properties, differentiation, and reprogramming. Applicants must have a PhD in genetics/developmental biology as well as knowledge of epigenetics and epigenomics. Expertise in comparative genomics/epigenomics/imprinting including computational methods would be particularly valuable.
