Аннотация The main goal of this article is the study of approaches how to define the concept of innovative potential in the region and determination\r\nof its structure. The main approaches how to define the basic scientific concepts of innovative potential in the region have\r\nbeen systematized. The analysis concerning the use of systematic approach how to define the concept of innovation potential and\r\nthe principles of its structure has been carried out.
