Аннотация The article deals principles to building management systems for holding structures, the systems of governance in the domestic agricultural holding, depending on the nature of association and the functional areas of coordination have been researched. The approach to the building management system agricultural holding through a combination of strategic management, organizational, integrative and financial structures of holding.
