Аннотация In modern jurisprudence the special interest of the researchers is caused by questions of perfection of the election legislation in Russia. The problem of election financing is especially urgent today. It is connected with the transition of our country from absolute state financing of election campaigns to mixed. Nowadays there is an important task before Russian legislator: to distribute precisely a burden of the charges on elections between the state, society and participants of the election process.
